When I’m not making Candy Sushi, or playing with other sugary foods, I really try and eat healthy for the most part. Even when I’m trying to eat healthy, I still get chocolate and sugary cravings. I wanted to find a recipe that would satisfy those cravings, but not compromise a couple days of progress. I found a black bean brownie recipe a little bit ago and I gave them a try. They tasted good but they were a little dry and crumbly. I have since experimented with the recipe and I think I have created the perfect healthy brownie. There are a lot of other black bean brownie recipes that have the no flour quality, but they still have sugar and butter in them! What’s the point of that?! In this recipe I use xylitol instead of sugar and avocado as a substitute for butter or oil. You won’t believe how good these are until you try them. Kids aren’t even be able to tell the difference! It’s amazing that brownies this good can be sugar free, gluten free, and around only 40 calories!
Enjoy one of these soft and yummy brownies without having to feel any guilt!
